Nursery & 39 Weeks!

Here are some pictures of the completed nursery!  We are so excited about how it turned out and can't wait for Baby to come so we can finally use it instead of just looking at it.  :)  I had a lot of fun making her bedding and curtains and my husband was a great help with painting and putting furniture together. 

Notice the blurred out nursery art.  ;)  We still haven't told a single person her name!  I thought for sure I would have slipped and said it, but it has remained a surprise for her birth.

And here is my 39 week belly!  Wednesday is my due date and I'm thinking Baby will come right around there... I haven't been having any contractions, so I'm not sure if that means anything or not?  All I know is I am ready to meet this little lady! 

38 weeks

Well, I think I can say we are ready for Baby to arrive!  Her nursery is done and we have everything that we need (I think). 

I’ve been so busy sewing lately, trying to work as much as I can before she arrives.

And finally, some cute new fabric!  Can’t wait to make some Little Washies and Booties out of this!

Here is my 36 week belly.  Getting bigger and bigger but still feeling great!  I found out at my last dr. appointment that Baby is head down.  I’m about 50% effaced but not dilated at all yet.  I’m anxious to see when she will make her arrival!

Seems like most of my new items are girly….maybe since I am really getting excited to hold my little lady in about 2 months!  I guess I need to start thinking about those little boys too!

I’m starting to realize that I really need to get things together for this little lady’s arrival.  Any tips or advice for preparing for baby?
