My husband and I spent the weekend with my family and had a great time. When we got to my parent’s house we were greeted by lots of pink. My mom decorated outside and inside with pink balloons and made pink cupcakes that said “It’s a girl”.
We celebrated my birthday while we were there and went baby clothes shopping. (We got some seriously good deals!) My husband took engagement photos for my sister and her fiancé. It’s always busy when we go, but so fun! All of my siblings are together and we usually stay up late laughing together. Makes me want to have a big family even more because of how much love fills the house when we are together.
So, today I am thankful for my family. I am thankful that my daughter is going to be loved so much by people that mean so much to me. Life is good!

ReplyDeleteSounds like a good time, I love getting together with family. We just had a weekend like that a couple weekends ago for my brothers wedding. We pulled out the old pictures and laughed at ourselves with the old hairstyles and clothes. Good Times :)
